Bill Allen

Bill Allen was born in 1976 in Kansas City, Kansas. He spent nearly a quarter-century in the United States Navy, rising from enlisted personnel to Lieutenant Commander. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics, an MBA, and a PhD in Management. His professional career includes roles in education administration, notably as a Professor, Dean, and Provost in the Department of Labor’s Job Corps program, and as a Center Director at Job Corps campuses. Currently, he serves as Vice Chancellor at a public university.
