Daniel Fister

Daniel Fister was born in 1958 and attended Lexington Catholic High School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. Fister has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, having operated a small construction contracting company for 34 years while serving as a deputy jailer and deputy clerk for Fayette County. Currently, he is employed as a property manager and farmer, reflecting his deep-rooted connection to agriculture. Fister has also held leadership roles within the Woodford County Republican Party and has been a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2021.
