David A Dolan graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1981. He has since accumulated extensive experience as a prosecuting attorney, associate circuit judge, and circuit judge in Scott and Mississippi counties. Dolan has been pivotal in establishing Missouri's first juvenile drug court and currently serves as one of the first presidents of the Missouri drug courts.
