He then pursued higher education, earning a bachelor’s degree in communications from Worcester State College in 1989, where he also served as class President. Gallagher furthered his education with a master’s degree in public administration from Suffolk University, which he completed in 1996. Since then, he has resided in Bridgewater, MA.
