Dolly Henley

Dolly Henley holds an Associate of Arts degree and has demonstrated a commitment to community development through various leadership roles. Henley has extensive experience in public service, having served as Recreation Director for the City of Hope, AR, and Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Nashville, AR. She has also held the position of Executive Director at Hempstead Hall at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana. Henley has been active in community leadership, participating in organizations such as the Southwest Arkansas Counseling and Mental Health Board and the Arkansas Employer Support for Guard and Reserve (ESGR). She currently serves on the House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee and the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee in the Arkansas House of Representatives.
