Frank Wagner graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. degree in Ocean Engineering. He served in the United States Navy as a diving and salvage officer and an engineering duty officer. After his military career, Wagner transitioned to the boat building and repair business, culminating in his role as president and CEO of Davis Boatworks until 2015. Wagner has since held various leadership positions, including Deputy Director of the Virginia Lottery.
