Garner Shimizu

Garner Shimizu was born in 1959 and completed his early education in District 32. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Hawaii, obtained in 1981. Shimizu transitioned from a successful career as a business owner to a dedicated community service role. Currently, he serves in the Hawaii House of Representatives for the 32nd district and is involved in legislative committees related to Judiciary, Hawaiian Affairs, Water and Land, and Public Safety.
