Greg Burtt graduated valedictorian from Cabot School and holds a bachelorβs degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont, where he was awarded Student Engineer of the Year in 2008. He returned to his home farm, where he took over the family's 30,000 tap maple sugaring operation and started Burtt's Apple Orchard. Burtt currently serves as chair of the Cabot Community Investment Fund and is an elder and treasurer at New Journey Fellowship.
