Jessica Karlsruher grew up in Houston and holds a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career at the Texas Capitol and later worked in government affairs for the Texas Association of Realtors. Karlsruher has held significant leadership roles, including serving as CEO of the Texas Real Estate Advocacy & Defense Coalition, where she advocated for Texas land, resources, and industries. More recently, she joined the Texas Credit Union Association in 2025. Karlsruher is also active in community organizations and is married with two children.
