Larry Forgy

Larry Forgy was born in 1939 in Lewisburg, Kentucky, and earned both bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees from George Washington University. He began his career in public service as general counsel and budget director for Governor Louie B. Nunn. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Forgy held various leadership positions, including president of Health Kentucky and chairman of the Finance Committee of the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees. He transitioned to a self-employed attorney role in Frankfort, Kentucky, in 2012.
