Noble has founded several initiatives, including the Palmetto Project and PoliticsOnline, and has served as a Resident Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Institute of Politics. He has lectured at over 25 universities globally and founded World Class Scholars in partnership with Microsoft and the Al-Futtaim Education Foundation.
