Sarah Anthony

Sarah Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science and legal studies, and a Master of Public Administration. Early in her career, she served as a legislative assistant and later became Deputy Director of a notable educational organization. Anthony was elected to the Ingham County Board of Commissioners and subsequently made history as the first African-American woman to serve as a state representative in Lansing.
