Scudder Parker

Scudder Parker holds an academic background from Williams College and Union Theological Seminary. He spent several years as an ordained Protestant minister before transitioning to public service, where he chaired the Finance Committee in the Vermont State Senate. Parker then directed the Energy Efficiency Division for the Vermont Department of Public Service and later chaired the Vermont Democratic Party. He has held various leadership roles in energy investment and policy, culminating in his work for the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation. Parker has also authored a book of poetry.
