Selina Bliss

Selina Bliss graduated from Prescott High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. She spent nearly four decades as a Staff Nurse at Yavapai Regional Medical Center and has been an Academic Nurse Educator at Yavapai College since 1989. Bliss earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing Education, enhancing her expertise in healthcare. She has also served as a Medical Unit Leader for Prescott National Forest and has been an Expert Witness in healthcare since 2018.
