Shane Weaver was born in 1970 in Hamilton, Alabama, into a family of coal miners and farmers. He graduated from high school in 1991 and subsequently worked various jobs in the region. Weaver moved to Tuscaloosa in 1998 to attend the University of Alabama, from which he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Following his graduation, he gained extensive experience as a Project Manager in diverse industries on a global scale. Currently, he resides with his son in Northport, Alabama.
