Steve T. Kirby

Steve T. Kirby holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law. He began his career as a corporate secretary and senior claim counsel, gaining extensive experience in risk management. Kirby later co-founded Bluestem Capital Company, a prominent venture capital firm in South Dakota, where he focused on supporting local businesses. His political career includes serving as the 35th Lieutenant Governor of South Dakota.
