Tony Kozycki grew up in LaGrange, Georgia, where he developed values of discipline and accountability through his experiences as a student-athlete. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2008 and served as a naval aviator, flying the F/A-18 Super Hornet and completing three combat deployments. Kozycki was awarded three Air Medals and served as a liaison with the Royal Australian Air Force, enhancing international partnerships. After his military service, he earned a law degree summa cum laude from Georgia State University and worked as an attorney in Georgia. He is currently pursuing a Public Leadership Credential at Harvard Kennedy School, aiming for a mid-career Master in Public Administration.
