She excelled academically at Ciudad Escolar Libertad before immigrating to the U.S. and enrolling in Job Corps to learn English and develop skills. Gil pursued higher education, earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Florida International University. She spent nearly two decades in high-finance, managing institutional risk at top firms and as a corporate accountant. Gil currently serves as a Client Relations Director in Accounting, showcasing her leadership and expertise in the field.
